Here is what we have built.
Two sites, both live, both linked below. One of them is our own restaurant and we say so on the page — a portfolio you cannot verify is worth nothing, and the fastest way to find out we are lying is to click.

What has Elementals AI Solutions built?
Two live websites and two web apps: LIFT, a Thai and Korean restaurant in Tegucigalpa, Honduras — the founder's own business — including the two web apps behind its reservations and its frequent-customer programme; and Lawncare 4U, a lawn care company in Longwood, Florida. This site is the third.

LIFT
A Thai, Korean and Korean BBQ restaurant in Tegucigalpa.
The public site, rebuilt off a page builder onto our own stack, with a menu the kitchen updates itself — no developer, no ticket. Then two web apps at clubs.lifthn.com: one for reservations, one for the frequent-customer programme. They share a single database and nothing else — a guest is the same person to both, but neither needs the other to work. The floor plan carries wheelchair access per table, because somebody asked and the answer should not be a phone call.
Written to be found by search engines and by AI assistants alike: structured data marking the business as a restaurant with its hours and address, and the common questions marked up as questions with answers — which is the format an assistant reads when somebody asks it where to eat.
Our own restaurant. Otto co-founded it and still runs it — LIFT is what his two earlier restaurants became when they merged into one, and the menu still carries dishes from both. That is why we could take the whole thing apart and rebuild it, and why you can ask us anything about it and get a straight answer.

Lawncare 4U
A lawn care and landscaping company in Longwood, Florida, serving Seminole and north Orange County.
The whole site, and the free-quote form that feeds it. They sell to two different buyers — property managers and HOA boards on one side, homeowners on the other — who search in completely different words, so the site forks at the homepage and runs a separate commercial track rather than sprinkling the word "commercial" through copy written about your yard. Plus a page for each town they actually cover.
Written to be found by search engines and by AI assistants alike: structured data naming the trade, each service, and every town served, so a machine answering "who does lawn care near Longwood" has something specific to read instead of a paragraph it has to guess at.
Client. Started as a build we did on spec, before anyone had agreed to pay for anything.

HVAC is where we aim, not the limit of what we do.
In the United States we sell to HVAC contractors on purpose. A new company with no authority wins by being specifically right for one trade instead of vaguely right for everyone, and we would rather know your season, your average ticket and your dispatch load than guess at them.
But the work itself is not HVAC-specific, and this page is the proof — a restaurant and a lawn care company, neither of which is HVAC. Plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, a restaurant, a clinic: the job is the same shape. Get found, answer fast, and do not lose the quote.
If you are outside that lane and the work looks like this, write to us anyway. The worst case is we tell you it is not a fit, which costs you one email.
See what a customer sees.
Send us your business name and we will run a full audit of what somebody searching for you actually finds — site, Google listing, citations, reviews, and the three shops outranking you. Normally $2,000. Free, no call required.
