One source is carrying all your leads.
For most shops it is word of mouth, and it works right up until the month it does not. A real website, a Google presence and steady reviews each take a share of that load. We build the site in a week or less, then get it found.

What we hold up
The first four each take a share of the load above, and they are ordered the way we would actually sell them: start with the website, add Google once it is live, leave the rest until those two have proved out. The fifth is a different kind of job.
- M-01Your website, live in a week or lessA fast, mobile-first site written for the trade — not a template with your logo dropped in. You own it.Whether they believe you exist
- M-02Getting found on GoogleYour Google listing, local search, and a page for every town you serve, so the people already looking can find you.Lead flow when referrals dry up
- M-03Always answeredCustomers get a real answer at any hour, on any channel — from your prices, your policies, your service area. It never invents an answer and never claims to be a person.Every hour nobody is at the desk
- M-04Work that runs itselfReview requests, appointment confirmations, and follow-up on the estimates that went quiet — the jobs that only happen when somebody remembers.Everything that depends on remembering
- M-05Web applicationsSoftware, when a website is not the answer: a portal where customers see their own equipment, an estimator that gives a real number, a field report your tech fills in on a phone. The work a website cannot do
This site is one of three.
The other two are a restaurant in Tegucigalpa — our own, and we say so — with the two web apps we built for its reservations and its regulars, and a lawn care company in Florida. All of them are live and linked, so you can check the work instead of believing us. This one was built the same way yours would be: fast, no template, and it loads before you finish reading this sentence.
A US agency charges $5,000 to $15,000 and takes six to twelve weeks because it pays US salaries and works through a queue. We build from Tegucigalpa, two hours from Houston, and we are not designing from scratch every time.
Otto Galvez, who runs Elementals, also co-founded and manages LIFT, a restaurant in Tegucigalpa — and its site and web apps are on the work page. Not an agency describing a problem it read about — he has chased the reviews and answered the messages at nine at night.
We build it to code.
You do not get to skip inspection, and neither should the people marketing for you. Everything we ship is built against the rules that actually apply to a contractor.
- C-01
Your license number, on every page
California, Florida, Oklahoma and New Jersey all require a contractor’s license number on every advertisement, and a website is an advertisement. It goes in the footer of every page we build, not buried on a contact form.
- C-02
Texts and emails only to people who agreed
Review requests, reminders and follow-ups go out under the consent rules that govern them — the TCPA for calls and texts, CAN-SPAM for email. Every message identifies your business and every list honours an opt-out.
- C-03
Callers are told what they are talking to
If an assistant picks up, it says so, and it hands the caller to a person the moment they ask. Utah and Maine require that disclosure outright; we do it everywhere regardless, because a customer who feels tricked is worse than a missed call.
- C-04
No review gating, ever
We ask every customer for a review, not only the happy ones. Filtering for good reviews violates Google’s policies and can get a profile suspended — which costs far more than the reviews were worth.
- C-05
Sites built to be usable by everyone
Real contrast, keyboard navigation, labelled forms and alt text, following WCAG. Accessibility lawsuits against small service businesses are common, and the fix is free at build time and expensive later.
- C-06
Recording only where it is allowed
Several states require every party on a call to consent before it is recorded. We configure recording state by state, and default to off when it is unclear.
We are not attorneys and this is not legal advice. Requirements vary by state, city and trade, and we will build to whatever your counsel or licensing board tells us applies to you.
Questions contractors actually ask
How much does an HVAC website cost?
From $2,900 for the standard build, or $4,900 for the larger Signature build, plus $115 to $145 a month for care. Hosting is free — your site is static files, which costs us nothing to serve, and we do not mark it up. Most agencies charge $5,000 to $15,000 for the build and another $50 to $200 a month just to host it.
How fast can the site be live?
A week or less for a standard contractor site, and that is a ceiling rather than a target — with everything in hand we are usually faster. We move quickly because we are not designing from scratch every time and not waiting on a queue: you review a working site, not a mockup. What stretches a build is waiting on photos, your license number or your service-area list, not the building itself.
What does online visibility actually include?
Google Business Profile optimisation and weekly posts, local SEO with a page for each town you serve, citation cleanup, automated review requests after every job, and a monthly report showing calls, searches and ranking movement. It is $795 a month, or $1,595 if you cover a lot of ground and want two blog articles a month as well.
Are you a US company?
No. Elementals is based in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, and serves contractors across the United States. That is deliberate: we share your business hours, we deliver in English and Spanish, and our cost base lets us do agency-grade work at a price a US agency cannot match.
Can I see your work?
Yes — the work is at /work, and every project there is live and linked so you can check it yourself. It is a short list: a restaurant in Tegucigalpa that the founder owns, which we say plainly on the page, the two web apps behind its reservations and its frequent-customer programme, and a lawn care company in Florida. Plus this site. We are new, and we would rather show you three real things than borrow someone else’s portfolio or invent testimonials.
Do you build more than websites?
Yes. Beyond the website and the Google work, we build web applications — software rather than pages. For a contractor that usually means a portal where customers see their own equipment and service history, a tool that turns a few answers into a real estimate instead of "call us", or a field report your tech fills in on a phone and the customer receives before the truck leaves. It starts at $5,500 per project and the code is yours. It is also the one thing here you can open before hiring us: the two apps behind LIFT’s reservations and its regulars are live and linked on our work page. Those are hospitality, not HVAC, and we say so rather than dress it up.
Do I have to buy everything at once?
No, and we would rather you did not. We recommend starting with the website, adding Google visibility once it is live, and only looking at call coverage after you have seen us deliver twice. Each step stands on its own.
Will this get me in trouble with texting or review rules?
No, because we build to the rules on purpose. Texts and emails go only to people who agreed to receive them, we ask every customer for a review rather than filtering for the happy ones, and your license number goes on every page — which California, Florida, Oklahoma and New Jersey all require on contractor advertising. We are not attorneys, and we will build to whatever your licensing board or counsel says applies to you.
See what a customer sees.
Send us your business name and we will run the full audit — your site, your Google listing, your citations, your reviews, and the three shops outranking you in your own service area, with a plan in priority order. Normally $2,000. Four a month, free.
