ELEMENTALS

Here are the prices.

Websites

The difference is how much site you get, and how much of it we write. The motion in Signature is the visible part — the twenty pages are the part that earns its keep.

Founding client rate

We have no case studies, and we are not going to invent any. So for ourfirst 5 clients: 50% off setup, in exchange for a signed testimonial and permission to publish what actually happened. Monthly stays full price — discounting recurring revenue is how agencies end up unable to deliver.

This page is updated as the five go. If it still says five, five are still open.

What the monthly covers

Hosting is not one of the things you are paying for, because it does not cost us anything. The monthly buys care.

Hosting
Free, and not marked up. Your site is static files on a global network, which genuinely costs us nothing to serve. Most agencies bill $50 to $200 a month for hosting alone.
SSL certificate
Free, renewed automatically, forever.
Backups
Every version of your site is kept. Rolling back is a one-minute job.
Small edits
Up to 30 minutes a month on Standard care, an hour on Signature. New phone number, changed hours, a price correction, a photo swap.
Monitoring
We know if your site goes down before you do.

What you pay for separately

Your domain
About $12 to $20 a year, paid by you, registered in your name. Most shops already have one, in which case this is nothing — we just point it at the new site.
Phone and text usage
Answering and automation use real phone minutes and messages. Your monthly includes an allowance; we tell you the number before you sign and bill anything over it at cost, with no markup.
Ad spend
If you choose to run ads, that money goes to Google, not to us.

Nothing in that second list is billed through us at a margin. If it costs $14, you pay $14 — we would rather charge properly for the work than quietly mark up a domain.

How you pay us

We are in Honduras and you are not, so this is a fair thing to wonder about. It works the same way as paying a supplier down the road.

When you pay
Half the setup to start, half when the work goes live. Monthly is billed monthly in advance, and the first month starts when the site does — not while we are still building it.
US bank transfer
We have US account details, so paying us is a normal domestic ACH transfer from your bank. No international wire, no wire fee, no forms. This is the way most shops pay us and the way we prefer.
Card
If you would rather put it on a card, we send an invoice you can pay with any card. No account needed on your side.
Invoices
Every payment gets a proper invoice with our details on it, for your bookkeeping and your accountant.
If we do not deliver
The second half is due when the site is live and you have seen it. If we never get there, you never pay it.

Questions about money

How do I pay a company in Honduras?

The same way you pay a US supplier. We hold US bank account details, so it is a normal domestic ACH transfer from your bank — no international wire, no wire fee, no paperwork. If you would rather use a card, we send an invoice you can pay with any card without needing an account. Every payment comes with a proper invoice for your books.

Do I pay everything up front?

No. Half the setup to start, half when the work is live and you have seen it. Monthly service is billed monthly in advance and does not begin until the site is actually up. We ask for half up front because we start work immediately and we are a small shop; we do not ask for all of it because you have not seen us deliver yet.

Why do you publish prices when nobody else does?

Because hiding them wastes our best argument and your time. Our websites start at $2,900 against a $5,000 to $15,000 market — that only persuades you if you can see it. And if your budget is $400, you should find that out now rather than after two calls.

Why is there no 100-citations-versus-150 tier?

Because it would be padding. There are only fifty to eighty genuinely useful directories for a US contractor, so a citation build is a one-time job, not something that scales monthly — and citation number 101 through 150 is worth close to nothing. Both tiers get it done properly once and monitored after. We tier on service-area pages and content instead, because those are real work that actually moves rankings.

What is the founding client rate?

Fifty percent off setup for our first five clients, in exchange for a signed testimonial and permission to publish the results. We are new and have no case studies; this is how we get them honestly rather than inventing them. Monthly fees stay at full price. We update this page as the five go, so if it still says five are available, they are.

Is there a contract?

Three months minimum on anything monthly, then month to month. Search and review work needs a season before it shows anything, so a shorter commitment would not be fair to either of us. Some agencies require twelve — we do not, because we have not earned that yet.

Can I start small and add later?

That is what we recommend. Start with the website, add the Google work once it is live, and only look at answering or automation after you have seen us deliver twice. There is no discount for buying it all at once, so there is no reason to.

Is hosting really free?

Yes. Your site is static files served from a global network, and on the volume a contractor site does that genuinely costs us nothing — so we do not charge for it or mark it up. The monthly is for care: edits, monitoring, backups, updates. Most agencies bill $50 to $200 a month just to host a site, which is one of the reasons a WordPress build costs what it does.

What is not included?

Your domain, at about $12 to $20 a year paid by you and registered in your name — and if you already have one, nothing changes. Phone minutes and messages beyond the allowance in your monthly, billed at cost with no markup. Ad spend, if you choose to run ads. Photography, though we will use what you have and tell you what is worth shooting.

See what a customer sees.

Send us your business name and we will run a full audit of what somebody searching for you actually finds — site, Google listing, citations, reviews, and the three shops outranking you. Normally $2,000. Free, no call required.
