Otto is not an HVAC contractor and will not pretend to be. What he does know is what it is like to own a business where the phone ringing is the business. He co-founded and manages two restaurants in Honduras — Aroy Thai Cuisine and LIFT CAFE — and has spent years chasing reviews, answering messages at nine at night, and watching customers pick whoever answered first.

That is the part that transfers. The trade knowledge is yours; the operational problem is one he has personally had.

Where we are in our own story

Elementals is new. We are taking on our first HVAC clients right now, which means we have no case studies, no testimonials, and no logo wall — and we are not going to manufacture any of those. What we have instead is this website, built the same way yours would be, and a founding-client rate for the first few shops willing to work with a company that is proving itself.
